Chief Executive Officer
Chris is passionate about education. On any given Monday night, you'll find him sitting in on district board meetings, getting to know our clients and their needs – even when he doesn't need to be there. Chris is a relationship man. He wants to know our clients are pleased with the level of service they receive from Huckabee.
Chris is the CEO of the firm, focusing his attention on district satisfaction, and lecturing to groups on topics such as High Performance School Design; Mold and Material Selection for Mold Prevention; The Use of Masonry in School Designs; Project Commissioning/Close-Out; and leadership and management issues.
He is also a writer with work frequently published in national magazines. True to his character, Chris donates all the proceeds from his speaking and writing engagements to educational and health-related organizations. He is a registered architect and has been responsible for more than 250 educational projects, including schools in fast-growth
districts such as Killeen, Sanger, Prosper and Mansfield.
For Mansfield ISD, the second-fastest-growing school district in the state of Texas, Chris has been the Principal-in-Charge for more than $600 million in facilities.
When he's not working, Chris spends time with his wife Robin and their three children, Andrew, Mason Elizabeth, and Harris Anne. The family loves the lake and can be found most weekends at Possum Kingdom Lake in Graford, Texas.
